I went to see about a new vehicle. Aspen was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I do not typically look forward to automobile 🚗 shopping but I found Aspen made this a pleasant experience.
Worked with Aspen to find a Mazda 6 that was in my price range with options I wanted and she helped me leave with my new (used) car! I’m so happy to be in the seat of this vehicle and would definitely recommend the dealer and working with Aspen!
From the minute I walked in, I really felt this dealership - all personnel involved - wanted to help me to get what I wanted and cared about whether I was happy with what I got. So many other dealerships just care about the sale. Aspen, Kevin, Amy, Brian, Henry -- everyone I spoke with there was helpful, very cheerful and pleasant, not at all pushy. They know their stuff, too. My new car has more electronics than any other car I've driven, and Aspen knows them all and taught me what I need to know. This is the second new car I've purchased here, and I will never buy a car anywhere else.
It was a superior overall experience. I do not like going far and they made it all so easy. Worth the commute and went out of their way to help me. I would certainly recommend the dealership and their staff. If I choose to purchase a vehicle again Courtesy Mazda lives up to their name and will look there first. Extremely happy.
Purchasing my new car through Courtesy Mazda was a good experience. Aspen was great in helping me get a car I would be happy with at a price I could afford. She was knowledgeable of the car, and was not afraid to admit when she didn't know something definitively or to give her honest opinion of certain features (how useful they are, how well they actually work, etc), which I greatly appreciated.

I was on my way to buy a Crosstrek, but decided to stop by to check out a Mazda CX-5. I test drove it and the handling, pickup, and gearing felt more responsive than the Crosstrek. I also liked the larger rear cargo capacity and towing capacity (since we live in the mountains, towing small loads is a frequent affair). It wasn't just the specs on the vehicle that sold me. Aspen was super receptive to my needs, and we negotiated the features I really wanted. I’m not big on the ‘technology’ packages, but what I wanted was heated seats and to walk away with a payment similar to the Crosstrek, and Aspen made it all happen. I’ve had the chance to test the CX-5 in true mountain conditions, and I’m super happy with its performance. it is quiet inside in rough dirt roads, and the lights are great for seeing Elk on the side of the road.
Gave us the best deal and i am very much satisfied with the given deal. I would surely recommend the dealer if mazda is an option.

We came to see a 2017 CX-5, but ended up buying a new 2019. Aspen was super nice, helpful and gave us a lot of options. We felt we got a fair deal, and she worked with us until we've got what we wanted. We were happy with the overall experience. The only confusing part was that we got offer a 65 month deal, and when we were signing the paperwork, we were told it was a 63 month deals. Not a biggie, but that part made or payments a little more than we were expecting to pay every month. Overall, a positive experience.
I walked away with exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. I felt the price was also what I was looking for.
Jamey sales agent was a great listener and sold me the 2001 Ford Explorer plus, the 2018 CX3 Mazda. He was very professional and considerate. Amie was also thorough and nice during close of these.

My salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was not offered anything to drink, I had to ask for it. The vehicle was given to me with less than 1/4 tank of fuel. Supposedly, the vehicle detailing was given extra attention. However, it just appears a very strong and overwhelming chemical was used to make the seats and dash shiny. Lastly, on arrival I noticed that the door to the fuse box was being held by tape. Salesperson was suppose to follow up and has not.
We bought a preowned car from Courtesy Mazda and was told the car would be cleaned before we left. The outside was cleaned but the interior and engine bay had not been touched. Would suggest doing that even before putting cars on the lot to sell.
Our salesperson was Aspen , She was very easy to work with we told her what we wanted where we wanted to be at payments, She got us the vehicle we wanted and where we needed to be with payments. Aspen made the hole transaction very easy. I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Came into Courtesy Mazda because the first dealership I went to said there were no cx3s in the state... something that a Google search easily disproved. Texted Aspen Saturday night and came on Monday. Everyone was extremely nice, attentive, and gave me a fair deal.

Not only was Aspen incredibly helpful and honest through the whole process of purchasing our certified pre-owned Mazda 3, the whole experience was so easy and smooth that it didn't feel like we were buying a used car at all. I purchased a new CX-5 from a Mazda dealership in Broomfield and had a great experience, but when I took a friend back to get a used car they were rude, pushy, and patronizing. This was not at all the case at Courtesy Mazda. Nobody we talked to at Courtesy gave us the "used car dealer" archetypal attitude. On the contrary, they went out of their way to give us a great experience. I'll put it this way. My wife and I live in Arvada and made the drive to Courtesy Mazda in Longmont in a jalopy that felt like it was going to fall apart or catch on fire the whole time we were on 25. I would honestly say it would be worth driving twice as far in a car with twice as many warning lights on to deal with Courtesy Mazda again. Of course now we don't have to because we got a beautiful red Mazda 3 in excellent condition and for a very fair price.
Went to the dealership to look at a CX-5 to see if it was something we would be interested in as we had never purchased a Mazda before. Aspen and the rest of the sales team were extremely professional and took their time to help us make a decision. We never felt pressured or rushed. We wound up purchasing a 2018 CX-5 and left feeling we made a great decision. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends.
Courtesy Mazda is a great local car dealership with a very efficient and professional service center. I recently had some work done in the service center and it was done promptly and on time as I had been told.
We paid a lot of money for a truck only to drive it off the lot realizing how much more money we need to put into it. The rear back window did not roll down, a piece missing on the drivers side, seat heaters occasionally work and the tail gate would not go down. It really looks like this truck has been in a flood and had this dealership even did a glance over to make sure everything worked they would have noticed all the rust all around the truck. It is very disappointing that buying a car from a dealership that actually did not even put any time or effort into the truck before turning around and selling it. I am sure they previous sellers sold the truck with the spill that they would not be able to sell the car for as much. Same with us - we traded in our car and was told the most the dealership could get was 19K but it is in fact listed on your website at $23999. We figured that would happen anyway but we also figured that dealerships do that because they do put extra money into the vehicle before selling and now we know that is not the case.
I was upside down in my vehicle and the folks at Courtesy worked hard to get me into a safer vehicle that I love! No matter your situation, Courtesy Mazda will try hard to make something work for you. Thanks ya'll!

Aspen Swanson worked very hard to secure the loan we requested by helping get us the payment and length we asked for along with more for our trade then I expected. She was helpful and got answers to all of our questions. At one point we almost left because of the initial terms but she took the extra time to get us what we needed to purchase the vehicle and trade in our other vehicle. It was a pleasant experience because I figured we would not be able to reach a loan agreement based on our needs. I would recommend Aspen to other people looking for a car as I think she could help them also. Debbie in finance was also easy to work with and explained the loan terms along with the extended warranty and the gap insurance and kept our payment in the boundaries we requested.

Recently on a spontaneous stop into Courtesy Mazda in Longmont, stop look , asked for a sales rep who no longer work there but met with Aspen Swanson. she approached us with out the typical rush of a lot sales person, She heard our request for keys with out asking questions and got the keys for a test drive, She was return with the same smile and greeting and when we returned. we started the conversation and details of the Jeep. Aspen never put pressure and was polite, respectful and pleasantly human ( not your typical sales pressure). when it came to the negotiating, knowing its not her fault but she had to go back to the : manager" for approval.. Aspen wanted to make it easy but the process started to hinder our negotiations so and we left the lot and went home. I did call back at (303) 678-8950 (living 25 miles away). Aspen made the negotiations come together, and we returned to pick up my wife's Birthday Gift. Aspen is NOT just a sales person she is kind ,and human. Then to put a cherry on top of this sweet deal, the dealer ship was able to get me a great interest rate, (better than my own credit union). If there is a disappointment in anything, it would be the detailing & cleanliness of the vehicle it was the first thing we did when we got home. I highly recommend Aspen and in the big picture over all in the end... Aspen is Colorado best!!
I can't say enough about Aspen as a car salesman. Honest, Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and laid back. Would definitely recommend and buy from her again. Her wealth of knowledge on Mazdas is insane and she will go above and beyond to answer any questions that you have before you buy a car and after you buy the car. I was able to drive up to the dealership and instantly test drive the car before I asked any questions. She was very honest about the pros and cons of the car and in comparisons with other cars. She was not pushy at all and gave me SO much additional help and information on my car. I have been able to contact her a few times after purchasing the car and she still holds that exceptional level of customer service. I definitely recommend asking for Aspen if you plan to buy a car from here. Not that I have anything against the other car salesman, I never interacted with them, just I know the exceptional level of customer service you will get from Aspen. The only reason this dealer did not get a 5 star rating was Ethan. He is their Finance Manager and THE WORST used car salesman I have ever dealt with. And when your least trustworthy person is your finance Manager, it makes the car buying experience very scary. I went directly to my personal Bank the next day to tell them the things he was telling me about credit and paying off loans, and I actually had multiple people crowded around the desk of my banker saying they couldn't believe what he had tried to tell me. He very obviously works off commission and has his personal interests far above yours. When he first told me my monthly payment, it seemed a bit high, and he kept saying "with everything that will be $$/month" What I found out is that was WITH the warranty, yet he would NOT say the word "warranty." And did not ask me if I wanted one or not. He just threw it into the monthly payments. If I had not been paying attention, I would have bought a warranty without even knowing it....it was also an outrageously priced Warranty (but don't worry he gave me the "family discount" since I had to wait 30 mins for him...). He also proceeded to tell my friend when I left the room saying that I must be "stupid" for thinking I can fix anything on that car for less than 1k dollars. Calling someone that is about to drop 20k at your dealership stupid to the person he is buying the car with is just a terrible customer service experience. If my friend would have told me what he said before I bought the car, I would have walked out at that point and asked for a different financial person or just left if they did not have one. I do ALL the work to ALL of my cars. I think I know what I'm talking about with cost of repairs and I think I will be just fine. He also first tried to convince me that it is a BAD thing to pay your loan off early. Then about 15 mins later, said that paying it off 25% early is the BEST thing you can do (because I kept pushing that I was going to pay it off in half the time, and he obviously didn't like that...commission??). He was a "friendly" guy to my face, but BE CAREFUL buying from him. If you're not confident on the financial side of things, bring someone who is if you will be buying from Ethan. He is as slimy as they come. Overall my car buying experience at Courtesy Mazda was a good one. Aspen was a step above any car salesman I've ever dealt with before, and the manager that was on duty was very friendly as well. If it wasn't for their Financial Manager this would be one of the best car dealerships in Colorado in terms of customer experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is confident on the financial side of things or that is paying in cash.
Just bought a car from these folks. I can't say enough good things about my experience. They were honest and true to their word. They were not pushy and they really worked hard to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I got a wonderful car at an amazing price. I can't wait to do future business with them. If anything, actually going in to purchase the car took a bit longer than I expected but that's what I get for going in on a busy Saturday afternoon. If you're reading this, if you do nothing else, at least go in and experience them yourself. It is worth it.
Originally I thought I had a great buying process but now I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Courtesy Mazda to help me with warranty paperwork of a vehicle that I had purchased 6 months ago, and have been given the complete run around. It has now been 6 weeks and nothing has been accomplished. Don't even bother leaving a message for anyone because they wont call you back!
I purchased a new 2015 Mazda3 from Courtesy Mazda and had a positive experience. Aspen worked with me to get the exact car I wanted for a fair price. She answered all of my emails right away and most importantly, she was up front and honest. Ethan was also incredibly friendly on the paperwork side of things. I live south of Denver and considered many closer Mazda dealers, but the trip north to Courtesy Mazda was definitely worth it.

I felt very well treated during my buying experience recently. I was hoping to purchase a vehicle I saw online, but it had recently sold. The dealer, Aspen, listened to the kind of car I wanted and its specifications and we worked on finding a new vehicle for me. I felt like they explained the different details of the car and it's associated warranties and coverage/service options in enough detail that I felt comfortable purchasing, as well as knowing what I have to look forward to during ownership.
Ethan was personable and did all he could to make my experience positive. The rest of the staff with whom I came into contact were also informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Very helpful staff. Willing to work out a good deal for us and for the salesperson and dealership. I felt good leaving in my beautiful new CX5, not like I'd been "sold", as I've felt with other cars and sales teams in the past.
I will start by saying thank you. Thank you for not being pushy. Thank you for work with us and not against us. Thank you for being people and not sharks. I have always had anxiety about car dealers. Mainly this is because high pressure sales do not work for me. I buy things based on what I can afford, and not the options that go into it. Aspen worked with us to find the right car for our family. Clarence worked with the bank to make it happen. Ethan and everyone else was very nice to talk to, and it was great to see them interact with my 11 month old son. This is what car buying should be about. Not trying to oversell a car to a family that doesn't even really want it. by doing things the right way, do you know what happened? They sold a car and I got a great deal. In the end everyone wins!
After test driving a Ford Fusion at O'Meara Ford we drove to Courtesy Mazda in Longmont to test drive a Mazda6 and then realized that O'Meara still had our drivers licenses. Aspen was nice enough to let my wife and I drive the Mazda6 all the way to Denver to get our licenses back from O'Meara. This extended test drive sold us on the car and we were able to agree on a price everyone was happy with. It is a relief to find a nice Mazda dealer after having a bad experience at McDonald Mazda in 2010.
The service was done on time and completely to my satisfaction. I have complete confidence when I have service performed. We have had three Mazdas and only take them to have service at Mazda.
I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. I hadn’t quiet settled on a make or model but had a free in mind. Then this Jem at Courtesy Mazda showed up. I called Dave that day and had an made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the car was already pulled up and ready to be driven. I did the usually and gave my ID and took it for a spin. There was no pressure to buy and the sales staff was super nice. Lisa in finance took real good care of us. Like I said in the title the drive worth it to get this kind of treatment. Will be buying from this place again.

Took my car in for service they needed to get done that came with the car purchase, I was told it would be done in a day, but it did take longer, which was ok with me, shows they weren’t rushing anything. Sarah with Service called me multiple times throughout the process which makes me feel they care. Would definitely recommend this service department. Also would recommend the 2019 ct-5, that was my rental car and the thing was a beaut.

I recently bought a car with courtesy Mazda. While I only intended to look at the differences in the cx-9 and cx-5, Mr. Dave Dewey quickly helped me decipher that I didn’t need the more expensive cx-9. He spent ample time watching me squirm at the idea of buying a new car and laughed at all my rhetoric. He and Kevin challenged my thought processes and encouraged me along with stories, legends of dealership past, and personal anecdotes. Dave even offered up his dog to me! Buying a new CX 5 at Courtesy was so much fun you wouldn’t believe it!! Dave was our salesperson and no matter what question my husband came up with Dave had the answers . My husband can be really tough and ask a whole lot of questions that I would never think to ask. Dave didn’t batt an eye and kept smiling also! I also have a Mazda 6 that my son is driving and he got rear ended on I25 recently. There was a “noise” after that and we couldn’t figure it out and were concerned that perhaps the car was unsafe. We took it to Courtesy Mazda and they test drove it, found the cause of the “noise “ and fixed it !!
Dave was awesome, took his time with us, listened to what we were saying and didn't haggle us over things we didn't want or need. Process was smooth and welcoming from start to finish and we ended up with a great car at a great price!

Our experience with Jen, our contact via an online request to see a Particular used car, was Fun and Terrific! A new employee being trained by Dave as we were her Very First Sale at Courtesy Mazda, she was honest about what she didn’t know the answer to, and willing to find out the answers to all our questions. Dave joined us as it became clear that we wanted to buy the car we’d come to see. He was also very personable, patient, and kind. His demeanor while training our SalesWoman, Jen, was noteworthy in its tone and respectful teaching manner. My Partner and i were impressed by the entire experience. i will add that during a short wait time with Jen, she passed time with us joking and laughing, she is very comfortable being Lighthearted and Hilarious...i was Laughing so hard that i was crying! When it came time to talk finance, we were put in Amy’s capable and experienced hands. She also made us feel very comfortable and that she was clear and thoughtful and thorough in explaining the financing and options with Zero pressure and much respect and efficiency. The Entire sale from test drive to driving away in my New(er) car, freshly detailed, was less than THREE HOURS. wonderful! i was not relishing the idea of visiting another lot or 2 or 3 to look at cars that i didn’t like as much as the Nissan i came to see specifically. This happened on wednesday afternoon, and before we left, an appointment to tint the windows was made for saturday...just 3 days later. with a loner car to use in the meantime, the tint was finished within only a few hours and looks fantastic! Not only was Aspen incredibly helpful and honest through the whole process of purchasing our certified pre-owned Mazda 3, the whole experience was so easy and smooth that it didn't feel like we were buying a used car at all. I purchased a new CX-5 from a Mazda dealership in Broomfield and had a great experience, but when I took a friend back to get a used car they were rude, pushy, and patronizing. This was not at all the case at Courtesy Mazda. Nobody we talked to at Courtesy gave us the "used car dealer" archetypal attitude. On the contrary, they went out of their way to give us a great experience. I'll put it this way. My wife and I live in Arvada and made the drive to Courtesy Mazda in Longmont in a jalopy that felt like it was going to fall apart or catch on fire the whole time we were on 25. I would honestly say it would be worth driving twice as far in a car with twice as many warning lights on to deal with Courtesy Mazda again. Of course now we don't have to because we got a beautiful red Mazda 3 in excellent condition and for a very fair price.

Debbie happily ran various finance numbers for me while I was settling in on what arrangement best suited me. She even made a few helpful suggestions. Both were very friendly as was anyone else I happened to speak with while there. The dealership has a new and clean feel about it; even though it has been there for at least a couple years. I would happily do business with them again.

He did do a vehicle trade, but customers should never be treated as an inconvenience. I nearly walked out, due to Min's condescending attitude. He ruined the excitement of my buying experience. When I came to buy my car the experience with my sales person was friendly and professional. I've needed to call on him for a few things since I bought my car and Arthur Freeman has been more than accommodating. I also came in recently for my first oil change and was in and out in no time. Very happy with my overall experience.
We paid a lot of money for a truck only to drive it off the lot realizing how much more money we need to put into it. The rear back window did not roll down, a piece missing on the drivers side, seat heaters occasionally work and the tail gate would not go down. It really looks like this truck has been in a flood and had this dealership even did a glance over to make sure everything worked they would have noticed all the rust all around the truck. It is very disappointing that buying a car from a dealership that actually did not even put any time or effort into the truck before turning around and selling it. I am sure they previous sellers sold the truck with the spill that they would not be able to sell the car for as much. Same with us - we traded in our car and was told the most the dealership could get was 19K but it is in fact listed on your website at $23999. We figured that would happen anyway but we also figured that dealerships do that because they do put extra money into the vehicle before selling and now we know that is not the case.

Buying a new car at Courtesy Mazda was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was at the dealership for a service on my other vehicle, but had been considering trading in my car. The experience was as quick as it could be and there was not a lot of haggling. I was taken care of by my sales rep, Art, the service manager, and finance. I appreciate the thorough, personal service and because of that, I would definitely return to the dealership.
In November of 2017, I went to Courtesy Mazda, located in Longmont, Colorado. I had originally went into purchase a 2005 Lexus Rx330. I drove from Denver to Longmont and fell in love with this vehicle. The first sales person I spoke with Jonathan had me fill out the application. The process was in motion, at that time the financing was not set in stone but I was told by the Finance Manager Deb that she would be able to get me qualified, and let me leave with the Lexus. I had traded in my Jeep for this vehicle granted it was not working when this was done and the dealership knew the loan on this was not completely paid off. December…. I received a call from the company that I had the Jeep financed with stating that my payment was late. I explained to them I was in the process of purchasing another vehicle and they would be paying it off. By this time the original sales man had been fired. I was now dealing with another sales man named Art. I attempted to contact Deb and Art several times. No returned calls emails or text messages. January came around, still the Jeep had not been paid off nor had I heard from anyone within this organization. January 13th 2018, my friend had been leaving them messages all afternoon, 7pm Deb called her back. Since the Jeep had missing payments my credit score had went from a 600 and something to a 300. Deb proceeded to tell her that the Lexus had to be returned because, I didn’t qualify due to my credit being so low and the finance companies wanted me in a newer vehicle with less miles. My friend had asked to speak with the manager. Deb advised her, she was the manager. My friend told Deb that we would need to discuss other options. I again drove down to Longmont and sat with Art while we discussed options with my friend on the phone. During this time Deb took the keys to the Lexus, with all my belongings in it and moved it into the dock, where I had no access to retrieve my stuff. My friend agreed to co-sign. She provided all her documentation. Her credit was pulled 5 times from various companies. By this time I was furious that they had ruined my credit and that they had no communication skills at all. My friend had spoken to the manager who assured her that he would call her back, since he was trying to see if some of the banks he usually does business with would be willing to help. Brian Langer the owner has yet to call her back and it is now February. Deb refuses to talk to her saying she didn’t sign anything so she is not able to talk to her. If that is the case how was she able to pull her credit? Brian never called her back either. I was told by Deb that my credit score will not allow me to get financed and my friend cannot co-sign since she is out of state. This was told to me yesterday February 7, 2018, and the vehicle had to be returned. Four months it has taken them to ruin my credit and tell me I was not qualified. Why would a company let me leave the lot without financing, and why would it take so long for them to even process the loan? I am without a vehicle and now my credit is in the toilet. I am completely frustrated and irritated with this situation.
